Every machine comes with an 11–12 month manufacturer’s warranty from Bitmain. Warranty claims are handled with Bitmain directly, under Bitmain’s own terms.

Delivery and lead time
We aim to dispatch in-stock machines within 3–5 working days of your payment being received. Once dispatched, your order usually arrives the next working day by tracked and insured courier: DHL Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Payment

How loud is it?
A machine makes 70–80 dB, about the level of a busy street or a vacuum cleaner close up. Distance, careful siting and aftermarket noise kits bring that down to about 40–45 dB at the vent. See Airflow & Noise Management.
How much power does it need?
An S21 Pro+ or S21 XP draws about 3.6 kW, or 86.4 kWh a day. An S19K Pro draws about 2.8 kW. If you’re not sure your supply can take it, talk to us before you buy.
Which machine should I buy?
For most sites, the S21 Pro+ 245TH. It offers the best balance of price, efficiency and future-proofing for the 2028 halving. The S19K Pro suits genuinely free, part-time power, and the S21 XP gets the most from every kW.
How much looking after does it need?
Two minutes a day on your pool app, fifteen minutes a week on site and an hour a month on filters keeps most sites healthy.
Can I use the heat?
Yes. A machine gives off almost all the power it draws as warm air. One S21 gives off about 31,500 kWh of heat a year: good for drying grain, wood chip and logs, or heating buildings close by.
