Refund policy

You can return the machine to us within 14 days of receipt providing it has not been used. 

The buyer has to arrange a tracked and insured courier service at their expense.

This does not affect your manufactures warranty/guarantee.

All our machines come with a Bitmain 11 to 12 month manufactures warranty.

In the rare event of hardware failure within the warranty period, all claims will be dealt with Bitmain directly and not Blockchain Mining Solutions Ltd.
